Dreams Come True is a private hair salon and wig studio on Southdale Avenue in Charlottetown, and every appointment is one-on-one.
Carla Wilson-MacKinnon has run the salon since 2015, cutting and colouring hair on one side of the business and fitting wigs on the other.

The Wig Project
A custom hairpiece and a self-care fashion bag, free, for women going through hair loss for any reason. Carla started the programme in memory of her mother, and CBC and SaltWire have both covered it.
